Your Specialist will video call you for a consultation. You discuss all your symptoms and conditions with the specialist over the video call. This helps in better diagnosis and consultation.

Your active chats are still visible & accessible under the Insta Doc tab (My Chats section) on the app. In case you find that the chat has been closed, please reinitiate a fresh chat. We will help you connect to a specialist without any extra cost.

Yes you can continue the chat (given you regain connectivity in the appointment window, else you can initiate a new chat). We will help you connect to a specialist without any extra cost.

You must initiate another chat via Insta Doc and mention that you missed your appointment. We will help you book an appointment on the next available time slot. You will receive a coupon code which will allow you to reschedule for free.

You are entitled to one free follow-up consultation with a specialist doctor within 7 days of your first consultation. We will connect you to the same specialist depending on slot availability.

Please re-initiate the payment in 10 minutes. In case of repeated failures, you can reach out to customer care and they will assist you.

In case you are not satisfied with the consultation for any reason, you can reach out to our customer care on care@tatahealth.com with a request for a refund. Our customer care team will process the refund after verifying your case details.
